Paul Thelin, Robert M. Raftice, Jr. and Jerome J. Gamache bring nearly 50 years of combined legal experience to the Creditor Services Department.

With the assistance of dedicated staff, the Creditor Services Department will assist with foreclosure, repossession of collateral and/or creditorâs rights in bankruptcy, including Motions for Relief from Stay, Proofs of Claim and Adversary Proceedings.

In addition, if you are a creditor by virtue of the labor or materials you have provided for a construction project, we can utilize Maineâs Mechanicâs Lien and Late Construction Payment Statutes for your benefit.
